Le Rosé de Saignée
2018
Le Rosé de Saignée 2018 is made by co-macerating 75% Pinot Noir and 25% Chardonnay for 20 hours. Pinot Noir brings depth, red-fruit character and texture, while Chardonnay keeps the wine lifted and precise.
Vinification without malolactic fermentation preserves freshness and tension. The result is a vinous rosé with notes of cherry and peony, generous in texture but clean and energetic on the finish.

״Open this rosé champagne now, frankly tasty, sprinkled with beautiful notes of cherry and peony. A very beautiful deep identity of rosé.״
